  Evan & Lisa. In my opinion the only two names/people you need to know here to make buying a car the most pleasant, efficient, and headache free experience possible. Evan was incredibly knowledgeable about the cars on the lot ( of which there are MANY ) and as a car guy myself that went a long ways with me personally as well as answering my many questions. Lisa was equally knowledgeable and friendly when it came to the finance process when buying the car and making it all easy to understand as finance and paperwork in general are not my strong suit, I was relieved to have her make sense of it all by explaining the details and terms with ease. Both Lisa and Evan just went above and beyond the call of duty to get my girlfriend and I exactly what we wanted ( of which we wanted a lot ). Would absolutely recommend going here and most certainly will return in future.

  Lisa helped with the financial aspect of it all, she was by far the most knowledgeable and caring finance advisor I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My experience was BEYOND five star, I would never recommend any place BUT Car Nation Direct with Nick & Lisa!

  This was the first time in a number of years that we decided to purchase a used vehicle and after doing some on-line research decided that we would give Car Nation Canada Direct an opportunity to win our business. We were greeted by Andy at the door, who could not do enough to answer our questions and show us vehicles that we were interested in. He was extremely patient as we test drove a half dozen or more vehicles and then drove them again, to ultimately make our buying decision. From start to finish the buying experience was exceptional. I, without question would recommend Car Nation to others looking for a vehicle.

  My Car Nation Direct in Burlington experience was totally unlike my numerous other car buying experiences of the past. This was customer service taken to a whole new level. Nick, Simon and Robert were extremely responsive, and they clearly went out of their way to make the deal seamless and stress-free for me and my family. In fact, we were treated like family. How many sales people would drive you home so your son could get to work on time? How many finance managers react so swiftly to make sure the deal happens without issue. The sales manager Sky greeted us like family when we picked up our new car. This is my new go-to dealership for sales and service. So well done. Thank you.

  The dealership itself, is clean & has only clean nice cars. Nick helped me choose a car, he was so down to earth, honest & open and extremely helpful with the whole process. Not to mention, a incredibly nice!

  TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! Stay away! Spend your money where its appreciated. I went in to to do a trade-in on a van AND buy a car... I believe in customer loyalty... I have 3 Car Nation vehicles in my driveway and this would have meant 5 cars over the past years 5 years and would have meant I had 4 of their vehicles sitting in my driveway and a 15 year old looking for a car in 12 months. I made a fair offer and they offered next to nothing in a deal... insulted me.. they clearly don't value customer loyalty... neither I nor my 2 boys will ever do business with them again.. if I could give less than 1 star I would -- very disappointed..for what its worth the sales person was good - it was the guys behind the desk that should be ashamed! They even post signs about customer loyalty.. geeeeez
