    Seriously lacking in compassionate advocates for animals. The Burlington SPCA are seriously lacking empathy, non-responsive to animals in distress & Animal control have no jurisdiction. This pretty and charming city has a dark underbelly of uncaring towards animal abuse. They simply don't care. Beware.
