  We had a great experience shopping as Ashley HomeStore in Burlington ON. We found exactly what we wanted; no high pressure sales tactics; no lying or misinformation and every discount we were entitled to offered. Loved the salesperson who helped us. I only wish I had gone to Ashley before I purchased my own bedroom set. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ashley to anyone. ***Addendum to Original Review*** Although our shopping experience was wonderful, actually receiving our purchase has been horrible. First, the delivery was 3 hours late. Then the headboard was delivered with stripped hardware and we had to send it back to be fixed. Now they're saying they'll likely have to send us a new headboard, but since it was a floor model that we bought, they don't know if they'll be able to locate one OR tell us when it'll arrive. Meanwhile, my daughter's mattress is on the floor. The mirror for the dresser was delivered without hardware to attach it. This was resolved rather quickly, BUT, still a huge inconvenience when you're waiting to set up furniture. I don't know if I'll shop at Ashley again now. I'll have to make that judgement based on the deliver and set-up of the wall unit we bought at the same time as the bedroom suite, when it comes in March.

  Note to everyone: INSPECT every square inch of everything you get within the first 24 hr period and report EVERYTHING, even a discoloration. It seems warranty doesn't give two f's if anything isn't reported within this period or any period in the future. Not sure I would buy Ashley again knowing warranty is non existent beyond 24 hour after delivery.

  A few weeks later I get a call from Ashley's asking how they did. I gave great on all but service followup; lady noted that was an issue that warranty did not return my call about the table. 1.5 months later no call follow up.

  Bought a dining set here, got a decent deal. Shipping was great (free, not the white glove service). Staff in the store were all nice. no complaints whatsoever on this store location.

  When the bed arrived the box it come in was from a completely different bed, and what's more the box was inside out. Was our bed a floor model? Was it a return? What's more, although all the pieces for our bed were luckily included in the make-shift box we also found slats for a queen size bed! Lastly, one of the side panels (the one that slits into the headboard) doesn't properly fit into the headboard. So although we like the look not fully impressed with product.

  I reported wobbly chairs within first 24 hr period. Tech came a few weeks after to fix wobbly chairs, he was great. No issues whatsoever. He noticed a corner of the table we also got was damaged by some high impact force. He said warranty would contact me and took pictures of the corner and everything. They didn't contact me.

  My husband and I recently purchased a Klasholm full size bed for our some. Although we like the look and the experience was great a few things aren't sitting well with us.
