Our sales representative, James McManus, is in our estimation, an excellent representative of your company - in both his knowledge and communication of the product, in his intelligent grasp of clientele and sales psychology and above all, in that most often neglected and old-fashioned intangible - customer service. His twinkling eyes, gentle humour, listening skills, attention to meticulous detail and patience makes this gentleman a most valuable asset to your team. He's definitely a "keeper" in my book.   We went to the Burlington Store located on Brant Street. Our sales agent James was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional who was able to answer all our questions. You never felt rushed or obligated to make a purchase. We did purchase the Bennett sofa and recliner as we were deciding between two different models. No pressure on either one or none. We would definitely deal with James at the Burlington store again! Thanks for your expertise!

  James recommended their in-house designer look at our space. Tracey and James came to our house, measured and got a feel for our style and needs. Tracey came up with options that we never would have thought of for an odd shaped room. We ended up buying a great quality sofa and ottoman and will be going back for more. The recommendations came with colours, fabrics and more. It set us on a path we are really happy with.

  Juliane at the Burlington store met us shortly after entering and listened to what we were interested in and showed us several pieces that would suit and work together. She also pointed out pros and cons to each. Juliane and Kathryn came to our home to measure and make some other suggestions. Kathryn was very good at noticing other parts of our house, like the kitchen that opens into the family room. When we went to see her plan, it immediately made us feel it would be a comfortable part of our house. We are pleased with our experience at La-Z-Boy Burlington.

  Now we anxiously await delivery so we can transform our room. Thank you James, Tracey and the Manager, who also was extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. Lastly, the ladies we interacted with when paying and putting down deposits for samples and such, were just wonderful and so friendly too. What a great experience!

  Rosemary was great to work with, she is very knowledgeable and shows genuine interest in helping to make an informed decision about a product. She took her time and showed various options and we couldn't ask for better service. A real pleasure to have been taken care of by her. Can's wait to get my recliner and will definitely share my experience with family and friends.
