  Love the newly renovated rooms! Comfortable bed, great sleep. Wonderful friendly staff, good breakfast. Nice business centre and excellent location. Close to Hamilton and close to shopping and a variety of restaurants.

  A handful of us stayed here for a hockey tournament. The place was very clean, recently updated. Beds were comfortable, good size mini fridge, microwave. Good variety of breakfast items included. Helpful and friendly staff. All for a great price. We will definitely stay here again if we're in the Burlington area.

  The best I can say is that this hotel is mediocre. I would give it 2.5 stars but that wasn't an option.

  All in all it wasn't a bad stay, but was far from ideal. Although a convenient location for where I needed to be, I would explore an alternate option next time I book in the area.

  The Best Western Plus in in a great location easy access to everything. We loved the friendly staff and the breakfast choices were very good. We have never stayed in Burlington before and were here for the Hamilton Comic Con. It made getting on and off the 403/6 very easy and timely. We will definitely re-book in the spring for Dance Competition time. Very Clean, the pool and hot tub were very clean and inviting as well. Over all the stay was Amazing!

  Our family enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the rooms were very clean. The complimentary breakfast was good with decent options for the whole family. The location is great, easy to find, and close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. If we're ever in the area again, I would stay here again.
