  Had a great experience with this company. Right from the start there was excellent customer service. The crew that came to our home were on time, polite and respectful. The office called mid-morning to check up on things, which I really appreciated. We ended up going over the estimated time on the quote, but it was okay with us because the men were working hard the whole time. They took excellent care of our furniture, no damage to either home, quick and efficient and they put back together our beds and large desks. We moved into a new subdivision with mud everywhere. I laid down large pieces of cardboard throughout home so carpet upstairs didn't get damaged and they could keep on their shoes for efficiency. Nothing was damaged or dirtied. Jerry (the driver) was quick and particular about loading the truck and did an amazing job. Jerry, Curtis and Schmarley were hilarious, polite and FAST! They made the day go by so smoothly. It's great when people can make a stressful event an entertaining, fun one! Would hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend to family and friends. Thanks for everything!!!

  This franchise needs to be handed back over to the corporation as they are corrupt in there business practices. Internal review should be done.

  Worst franchise company to work for. Treat there employees like slaves. Employees lively hoods are abused on a daily basis. Franchise owner claims these guys are bonded! Only thing bonded is the glue holding employees shoes together. Under paid. Over worked. Worst managed company i have ever worked for.

  So we reached out to them again for a move from Oakville into Burlington. The team that we had with this recent move was fantastic. They were extremely friendly and worked their tails off to get our move done as quickly as possible.

  Horrible service, in many more ways than one. Movers were rude, didn't want to be there and made no bones about saying so. To many things to mention went wrong before, during and after this move! Customer Service is terrible, especially from James who NEVER once called me back when he said he was going to, I continually had to chase him. 3 months after the move my broken item was finally dropped off to me. The repair job looks like it could have been done by a child! Oh, and buy the way there is a $150 deductible on any repairs or replacements they have to make. I was just told this info this week after dealing with this for 3 months...good luck getting more money out of me! Save yourselves the headache and stay away from Two Men and a Truck Burlington!

  worst experience I have ever had with a company. I know I am rating this late but I was going through old paperwork and found my invoice so it prompted me to warn the masses. It was problem after problem with zero customer service after they broke my furniture.
